Easy To Make Refreshing Summer Chicken Salad Recipe. Includes, grapes and almonds.
Ingredients
- 2 Rotisserie Chickens Shredded
- 4 cups sliced seedless red grapes
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1/2 cup green onion
- 1 1/2 cups mayo
- 1 1/2 TBSP. Celery Salt
- 1 can diced water chestnuts drained
- 2 TBSP. Soy Sauce
- 2 TBSP. Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Slivered Almonds (toasted)
Instructions
- Shred or chop both Rotisserie Chickens
- Spread almonds on a baking sheet & toast for 5 minutes at 350 degrees in oven
- Wash all vegetables and fruit and allow to dry.
- Finely chop celery and onions
- slice grapes in half
- add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl
- add mayo and lemon juice
- toss until well coated and mixed.
