Adventures at the End of the Dirt Road
This is a look back at all my adventures this past week.
It was Thrifting With The Gals week, and I get so inspired each month. So, on Thursday, I headed out to the thrift store and found a couple of things that would require a transformation. Therefore, I’ll be ordering more supplies on Amazon to update these new treasures. I’ll give you a sneak peek at the end.
We had a near-disaster when a print and vase fell off the wall. The glass shattered, scaring Rudy to death. The vase is a goner, but the artwork looks good without the glass. Thankfully, both were thrift store finds and not something I’d invested heavily in.

Thrifting Adventures
Although I visited several shops, it was a slow week of thrifting. But that’s how it goes; some weeks are better than others. I did find this Ginger Jar lamp, and I’m excited to spruce it up and create a lampshade for it. At only $5.00, it was a good deal. I also found this bag of napkin rings for less than $1.00. I plan to eventually use them for DIY projects, so stay tuned.
