Happy Sunday, and welcome to Dirt Road Adventures! This is where we review all the exciting events behind the scenes, on the website, and the sources of inspiration I discovered online during the past week. This weekly recap ensures you don’t miss any of our adventures.
Hey friends,
We have been busy bees this past week. I’ve completed several holiday projects and can’t wait to share them with you in the coming weeks. It’s hard to believe I’m sharing Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas all in one week. But I know you may be looking for some last-minute Halloween ideas for the coming week and are starting to plan your Thanksgiving festivities.
In addition, it’s never too early to start planning for Christmas. Yikes, it’s only eight weeks away! You will not believe how many Christmas decorations and craft supplies are already sold out. I’m trying to add additional items as I find them, and you can see some links at the end of today’s DRA.

Adventures at the End of the Dirt Road
This is a look back at all my adventures this past week.
First, Brad finished adding a tile backsplash to our daughter’s kitchen. It turned out good, and she was thrilled.
Y’all will not believe this, but we are at the beach again. This time, we are back in N. Myrtle Beach to celebrate a dear friend, Mark’s 70th birthday. The weather is amazing, and we enjoyed spending time with many of our friends. Even Rudy was able to enjoy the beach on this beautiful fall weekend.
I also received my Farmhouse Style Holiday Magazine and was once again featured. This is one of my favorite DIY projects from last year, and I’m so excited to see it in a national magazine.
You can see the Rustic Christmas Village Tutorial here.
