Happy Sunday, and welcome to Dirt Road Adventures! This is where we review all the exciting events behind the scenes, on the website, and the sources of inspiration I discovered online during the past week. This weekly recap ensures you don’t miss any of our adventures.
Hey Friends,
Happy mid-November! I can’t believe Thanksgiving is almost here, and Christmas is less than six weeks away. I’ve been busy getting the farmhouse ready for our annual Blogger’s Best Christmas Home Tours that begin tomorrow. My house looks completely different from last year, and I can’t wait for you to see it.
You may have seen a few hints from the projects I shared this past week, but wait until you see them all put together. I hope you like it.

Adventures at the End of the Dirt Road
This is a look back at all my adventures this past week.
In addition to all the projects and decorating, I’ve been celebrating my birthday. Do you make a big deal out of your birthdays? I don’t usually, but I’ve actually celebrated three nights in a row, and I can tell you I’m too old to be going out that many nights in one week. LOL
First, we went to a Wine Expo and had dinner afterward. It was so much fun, and I was able to purchase the wine for our annual Christmas party at a discount, making it a win-win night.
Then, on Thursday (my actual birthday), the shop had an open house, so I was greeted with lots of birthday wishes as everyone shopped. Afterward, Brad and I had a late dinner downtown.
Finally, my daughter and son-in-law treated us to a fun evening in Seagrove at a quaint wine bar, the General. It’s a fun spot in a renovated old general store. Whew! I’m exhausted! LOL
But I didn’t want you to miss out on all the projects from last week and some of the inspiration I found from other bloggers.
