Dirt Road Adventures: A Beautiful Blooming Spring

Happy Sunday, and welcome to Dirt Road Adventures! This is where we review all the exciting events behind the scenes, on the website, and the sources of inspiration I discovered online during the past week. This weekly recap ensures you don’t miss any of our adventures here at the end of our Dirt Road.

Hey friends,

I hope you have had a wonderful week. We spent most of the week at the beach, shopping, and dining out. The weather was lovely and we enjoyed dining alfresco at some of our favorite spots. One of my favorite meals was at the Dockside Restaurant overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.

I love shopping for creative ideas, and Wilmington has so many lovely shops to choose from. This table arrangement at Paysage Home caught my eye. It’s so unique and just stunning.

Finally, it was Spring Sales Week at Amazon and Target Circle days, so I took advantage of those sales and’ll share what I purchased. In addition, many retail stores offered sales that I couldn’t resist. See What’s In My Cart for all the details. You still have a few days to take advantage of the Amazon Spring Sale, which ends 3/31.

Adventures at the End of the Dirt Road

This is a look back at all my adventures this past week.

We came home to stunning Spring blooms. The landscape has exploded in shades of purple and fuchsia, and the crabapple tree could not be more stunning. If the pollen would just go away, it would be perfect.

My thrifted pig statue is enjoying his day in the sun with the lovely phlox blooms and these gorgeous dwarf irises.

Last week was filled with lots of new ideas and crafts. I hope you enjoyed them all. But if you were busy, here’s your chance to catch up.

        1. Hey Diana,
Yes I think this year has been the worst for Pollen. I’ve had a terrible allergy attack and so has my husband. I’ve been wearing mask when we walk to prevent a reoccurrence. So glad you liked the bunny. I hope you have an amazing week.
