Picnic Basket Rotisserie Chicken Salad
Do you like rotisserie chicken? Using a precooked chicken in the salad really helps to cut down on the time. Plus, it’s super easy when you have extra hands in the kitchen.

Simple Recipes Ingredients
This is such a simple recipe to make. First, shred your chicken into small pieces. Then, chop your onion, celery, and pecans finely. Lastly, wash and halve your seedless grapes.

Place all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir together until all ingredients are well coated in the mayonnaise mixture.

Fill your Picnic Basket
This delicious recipe is perfect alone, but I filled some flakey croissants and added them to our picnic basket for our picnic.

I crinkled some parchment paper to cover the croissants and keep them fresh.
