Y’all know I’m all about budget decorating, especially for holidays like Easter.
It’s always a fun challenge to see how you can use items you’ve had for years in new and interesting ways.
I began pulling out things I already had on hand while looking for color combinations that reflected the holiday.
Everything doesn’t have to be Easter decor to decorate for the holiday.

What Are Some Budget Ideas To Decorate For Easter?
First, use what you already have.
Inventory Easter Outdoor Decor.
Before shopping, take an inventory of all your Easter outdoor decor and any items that feel like Spring.
If you use the tote scan storage, you can open the app to see what you have in all those totes.
Pull out any items that you feel you can use for Outdoor Decorating. They don’t have to be Easter decor to work.
I used floral dishes, napkins, pillows, and throw blankets all in paste colors as ideas to decorate for Easter this year.
The vintage floral dishes and napkins create a fun gathering spot on the front porch for a snack.

I also moved some of my indoor decors to the porch for Easter decorating.
A favorite concrete angel holds a bird’s nest to update her for Spring.

The floral pillows were moved from the screened porch to help brighten the existing seat cushions.

What Decorations Can I Make For Easter?
Y’all know that I love to decorate with DIY and craft projects. This year was no exception, and here are a few past and present projects that fill the front porch.
Decoupage Easter Egg Crafts
This year I added several DIY decoupage Easter eggs for my Spring decorating.
I added a few to the coffee table located outside our bedroom doors.
The Decoupage Easter Eggs Tutorial includes napkin and scrap paper instructions.

DIY Pillow Covers
Another DIY project is the scrap fabric pillow cover I added to the front porch swing.
This is a creative way to recycle old materials for a budget-friendly Easter decor project.

DIY Easter Wreaths
I just recently shared this super easy Easter wreath tutorial.

Because I needed two wreaths, using materials I already had stored was important.
In addition, it only took a few minutes to make each one, and when the season is over, all the materials can be used for other projects.

Additional Porch DIY Projects
In addition to the Easter DIY Projects, the front porch is filled with previous projects.
The Door Shutters were a project from last year, and the DIY Faux Galvanized Planters were also.

We also made the DIY Address Sign when we first built the farmhouse.
Creating budget decor has been a fun challenge and adds a unique appeal to the front porch.

What Are Some Options for Easter Outdoor Decor?
Although I use some decor that is also used inside the house, I prefer to use outdoor decor as much as possible.
Items such as concrete bunnies are naturally heavy and can’t blow away if a storm comes through.

In addition, I have several outdoor metal cloches that are perfect for Easter Outdoor Decor.

It’s a little early for real flowers and plants on the front porch, so I chose some artificial plants to decorate for Easter.
You can find beautiful outdoor greenery that will not fade to decorate your outdoor spaces.
I like to use a mix of natural and faux all year round. It keeps everyone guessing. LOL
