Begin by painting the recycled tin cans with spray paint - inside & out

While THE paint is drying, cut the napkins to fit the tin cans you plan to use.

Most paper napkins are three ply. Separate the layers & only use the decorative top layer for this project.

Use Mod Podge & Small brush to apply

After mod podge dries, apply another coat to seal.
