Begin by baking 2 Golden Beets and 2 Red Beets in 350-degree oven for approx. 1 hour.
2 oz. crumbled goat cheese 1 cup sliced strawberries 1/2 cup blackberries 1/2 cup raspberries 1/2 cup pecans 2-3 sliced green onions
Peel & slice beets after cooking
Once beets are cooked and cool, Peel and slice thinly. Add to a medium mixing bowl.
Toss all mixed ingredients with approx. 4 TBS. of Briannas Blush Wine Vinaigrette Dressing. Salt & Pepper to Taste.
