Marinate Tuna, Nuts, & Chives in soy sauce, toasted sesame oil & chili powder for a minimum of 30 minutes in refrigerator.
Drizzle Plate with a balsamic glaze to add to the meals presentation.
Add Mold to center of Plates
Hold in place as you begin to add layers..
Prepare 2 cups of sticky rice & allow to cool. Press 1/2 into the bottom of each stack mold.
Sprinkle chopped avocado with fresh lime juice. & mix with creme cheese & chopped red peppers.
Press 1/2 of the avocado mixture on top of the sticky rice in each mold.
After marinating, remove Poke Tuna from the refrigerator.
Finally, add 1/2 of the marinated poke tuna to the top of each mold. Press down firmly all layers.
Make sure all ingredients are firmly packed and pressing down with a spoon, gently lift the mold straight up.
As an option, you can add a light drizzle of balsamic glaze over the top of the poke tuna stack.
