Welcome to the Pier Spring Refresh!

I’m am currently refreshing the seating area on our pier for Spring. With the temperatures rising, we are spending more and more time out by the ponds. In addition, we love to entertain on the pier. It’s a cozy spot to catch up with friends and family.

Every season I love to update my outdoor spaces with beautiful colorful outdoor cushions and pillows. As I was planning for a refresh on the pier, my first stop was the Christmas Tree Shops.

They always have so many beautiful options for seasonal decor at such reasonable prices. It’s a constantly changing inventory of decor for both inside and outside the home.

Outdoor Chair Cushions

First stop was the outdoor cushions. I’ve learned from experience to get right to the core pieces first, because you will be so easily distracted by all the other wonderful selections.

Within the Coral Cove Collection there were several beautiful choices for cushions and pillows. I chose the navy blue background for the seat cushion and opted for a contrasting lumbar pillow in the coral colors.

They are a perfect fit for the adirondack chairs and the color combination looks beautiful on the ponds.

I’ve been using this galvanized planter from the Christmas Tree Shop since last Spring.

Coral Colors

In addition to the lumbar pillows, I found these great coral towels which will be perfect once we open the pool. For now I’m using them as throw covers when the temps drop in the evenings.

They had so many great patterns to choose from.

Accessories for Spring

Although my main purpose was to find some budget friendly outdoor cushions, I had to check out the rest of the Coral Cove line for Spring.

The first thing that caught my eye was these rattan lanterns! I know you will love them because they come with the battery operated candle built right in. And guess why else I was so excited!

I purchased it last year and LOVED it! When I went back to the store for more, they had sold out!

I found some other treasures so I wasn’t crushed, however I snatched these new ones up without even thinking about it.

Y’all know how I love wooden bowls and look at this one. It’s perfect for outdoor entertaining because with the heavy weight, it will not blow off the pier.

The matching tray is perfect for holding drinks or snacks as we move between the house and the pier. Even the utensil caddy was a previous purchase from last season.

I was able to pick up snacks, napkins and more all while shopping for my seasonal decor. The Christmas Tree Shops was once again a one stop shopping experience.

Coastal Accessories

If I’m honest, this cutie will probably end up at our beach cottage. Since we’ve been remodeling, anything coastal catches my eye. Since my time was limited on the first visit, I’m planning another trip to see what I can find for that location. I noticed they have coastal inspired bedding and so much more.
