If you are planning your Easter festivities, here are 6 Brunch Recipes for Easter to help you plan your Easter Brunch Recipes menu.
Today, I’m in charge of the cocktail, and brunch wouldn’t be brunch without a delicious Mimosa Recipe, am I right?
Yesterday, I shared several recipes for Mimosas on this post. However, for today’s menu, I’m sharing the Grapefruit Mimosa, which is a crowd favorite.
Pretty in Pink
The pink grapefruit mimosa looks pretty on the otherwise black-and-white table. Did you see the Easter Brunch table settings? If you missed them, you can see all six here.

Cocktail Recipe
We begin our Supper Menu with a fun cocktail, and today, I’m sharing my favorite Grapefruit Mimosa Recipe.
You only need champagne, 100% grapefruit and garnish.
You can use fresh squeezed grapefruit it desired, however Simply Grapefruit works great for me.
Fill each glass with approx. 1 1/2 oz. of chilled grapefruit juice.
Top with approx. 3 oz. of champagne.
Garnish with grapefruit wedges and mint leaves.
