First, let’s take a look at my ten most popular purchases on Amazon in 2023. I found some great gadgets and saved money on household and fashion accessories by comparison shopping with the Amazon app.

#10 – Aluminum 3 in 1 Magnetic Wireless Charger Station
Brad and I both have this handy gadget and love the convenience of this space-saving and cord-saving charging station for our phones and watches. They have cleaned up our workspaces and are our number 10 best seller of the year.
# 9 – Rieker Sandals
I’m so glad companies are making comfortable but still cute shoes these days. These are the most comfortable sandals, and I’ve worn them all year. They are my go-to shopping shoes because I can go all day and not worry about my feet. I have several Rieker brand shoes and was surprised to find this latest style on Amazon at a great price.

# 8 – Most Popular Purchases on Amazon – Fireplace Insert
The number eight most popular purchases on Amazon were these Electric Fireplace Inserts. We built a faux fireplace and mantel just before the holidays, and the electric fireplace insert was a perfect addition.
A guest at our Christmas party couldn’t believe it wasn’t a gas fireplace. So, we highly recommend this insert if you want to fill an existing fireplace or create a faux fireplace in your home on a budget.

# 7 – Cantilever Patio Umbrella
When the fabric on our expensive cantilever umbrella dry rotted, I considered having the fabric replaced. After finding that the cost of fabric and labor wasn’t at all budget-friendly, I was so happy to find this bargain umbrella on Amazon.
We were pleasantly surprised when we liked the features of the Cantilever umbrella more than the high-end version we previously had. It was such a great deal, and the fabric is made from recycled water bottles. So it was a win-win!

# 6 – L’ange Flat Iron

# 5 – Vintage Bohemian Area Rug
The thing I love about this rug is the colors. You will find that it works great in a neutral area and one with vibrant colors. It’s my favorite rug, and we purchased two more this year for our daughter.
# 4 – Cordless Rechargeable Lamps Popular Purchases on Amazon
These fun rechargeable lamps are so convenient to have on hand and are the number four most popular purchases on Amazon. I now have several that I use in different areas. I used two on our new mantel because there is no outlet nearby.
They are great for adding light to outdoor tables, mantels, or any area where you don’t have access to an electrical outlet.
# 3 – Motion Sensor Night Light Plug
The number 3 favorite purchases of 2023 were these motion sensor night light plugins. We now have them all over the house. When we leave for an extended period, we set the sensor to stay on all the time.
No more tripping on the way to the bathroom because the pathways are always well-lighted.
# 2 – Rechargeable Light Bulbs
As we remodeled our 1940s beach cottage, additional wiring costs weren’t in the budget. However, we discovered the rechargeable light bulbs allowed us to add wall scones and lamps without additional wiring.

And finally, the number one most popular purchases on Amazon were the round stainless Cake or Stack Molds. We began making stacked recipes using these inexpensive molds and loved the taste and fun presentation.
They can be used for small cake molds as well as the stacked recipes I’m sharing.

Did you know you can quickly comparison shop with the Amazon App right on your phone?
If you have the app installed, open the app, and in the search bar, you’ll see a camera icon. Open the camera and focus on an item that you’d like to find. The camera will automatically open to the item or a similar item on the Amazon store. You can see the price to compare.
This is such a handy tool. This works within stores where you are shopping and on the street. I recently saw the cutest shoes someone was wearing, and I quickly used the app to capture their image. Guess what? They were available on Amazon, and I had them in two days for our Christmas party.
The app tool also speeds up the search process. Many times, I’ve searched for items and didn’t find them and searched through several pages of products before giving up. However, with the camera identification, you will know immediately if Amazon has the item available for purchase.
